"Over There" H36 x W24 inches 91cm x 61cm Dated 4-8-95 Price £300 $420 Acrylic on Hardboard From a photo by M. E. Lowe taken at Oxford. It is a very atmospheric scene. The three subjects although all in the same boat seemed to be in worlds of their own and in very different moods. The chemistry is very good and I managed to capture not only the essence of their moods but also that of the stream and the foliage. This is also one of my favourite paintings and is one of the few very hangable pictures in my portfolio so you will have to pay a premium for it if you want it. |
