I went through a phase of photographing everything and anybody who would let me, very close up. Most people when they photograph, don't get near enough to the subject. You must have the bottle to do it otherwise you don't see the real personality coming through. It is also important to get the subject to relax and laugh. It is so much more fun bringing out the happy person in all of us and painting it as well. The colours express Catherine, in a happy mood. |
